Purchased in 2008, the car was assembled from a rolling chassis. It has a "hipo" drive train, which was rebuilt in 2009 & includes most of the items on the original Shelby. In 1966, Shelby had 4 convertibles built to his specs, one for himself & the others for family & executives of Ford.
