| Hey I am new to the forum.....My father had a 1968 fastback that I am trying to relocate to possibly buy back I finally located the VIN # through lots of hard work..... Now I dont know where to go to run a search on the vin. I emailed Txdot and they said they have no record but I am thinking they didnt look hard enough or didnt realize it is a classic car....Didnt know if anyone here had any advice??

Welcome Shaker to the MOET gang.
Good luck on finding your Dad's '68. David has good advice about showing up at the club meeting tomorrow night. There will probably be several people there that would have some idea how to help you track down the '68.

Family stuff and work mostly. We did just get back from our 25th anniversary trip to Hawaii. Please, no jokes about grass skirts and coconuts.
